History of the Adelshof

The noble court was built in 1572. The bay window was added in 1609.

Over the centuries, the Adelshof has been owned by various influential Lübeck families. It served as a residential and commercial building and was repeatedly adapted to the needs of its respective owners. Despite these changes, the building has largely retained its original character and charm.

Architectural features

The Adelshof impresses with its elaborate facade, which is richly decorated with sandstone ornaments.
