Dechanthof Manor

Priest's office

The Dechanthof manor dates back to the 15th century and was the summer residence of the Bishops of Chiemsee. The current building was erected in 1776. On the first floor there is a beamed ceiling and remnants of wall paintings (late 15th century), depicting the church of that time, coats of arms and hunting scenes (uncovered in 1941).

Today, the Roman Catholic parish office is housed in the manor.
