To be privately owned
Judenhof Manor

In March, a district of St. Johann im Pongau in Salzburg, Austria, stands Ansitz Judenhof. The historic manor and estate house features Salzburg architecture with a half-hipped roof and two round corner oriels facing the street.
History+
The first documented mention of Judenhof, then referred to as “Ain hof genannt datz Judendorf,” dates to 1429, when it was an archiepiscopal knight's fief held by Konrad Prünlinger. Ownership changed frequently. In 1529, one half of the estate came into the possession of Peter Aman von Hundsdorf, while the other passed to his cousin Veit Aman von Saal in 1560. Sigmund Aman von Saal und Judendorf reunited the property in 1594. In 1598, Veit Stöckl zu Schwarzegg acquired the estate. His efforts to convert Judenhof into a free allodial property were denied in 1619 by the Salzburg Court Chamber, which rejected the noble status of the seat. In 1628, Judenhof was placed under the jurisdiction of the St. Veit district court.
