The Bennoschlösschen, also known as Bennohaus or Steinerne Haus, is a historic castle in Radebeul-Oberlößnitz. It is considered the oldest surviving manor house in the region with Renaissance architecture.

History+

The building, now known as Bennoschlösschen, was constructed around 1574. Hans Harrer, chamberlain to the Saxon Elector August, is believed to be its builder after he acquired the Hermsdorf estate. A map from around 1580/1600 already depicts the Steinerne Haus. Following Harrer's suicide in 1580, the property changed hands several times.
