The Böhlausche Freihaus was the town house of the lords of Döben Castle, the von Böhlau family, since 1783.

History+

The Freihaus is one of the oldest buildings in Grimma. Its origins date back to the 13th century. The current building was constructed in the Renaissance style in 1570.
