Bodendorf Castle, a former moated castle, is in the Bad Bodendorf district of Sinzig in the Ahrweiler district, Rhineland-Palatinate. As a listed lowland castle, it is an example of medieval defensive architecture in the region.

The origins of Bodendorf Castle date back to the early 13th century, when Nicolo von Bodendorf had the moated castle built. Its strategic importance lay in securing the important Aachen-Frankfurt military road, a task it fulfilled together with Landskron Castle. Ownership changed hands, including the Lords of Randerath and Spies von Büllesheim. Between 1533 and 1608, the castle stood empty and fell into disrepair. After a reconstruction, it was plundered and set on fire by imperial troops in 1642 during the Thirty Years' War.
