The Historic Building+
The three-story stone structure of the Burgmannshof of the Counts of Westerholt is particularly well preserved and is one of the most important medieval secular buildings in the Emsland region. Built from boulders and bricks, the ground floor contains a large hall with an altar niche and a late Gothic fireplace from the end of the 15th century.
