Brunkenstein Castle
The ruin of Brunkenstein Castle is an outwork of Dhaun Castle in Hochstetten-Dhaun, Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The castle was built during the "Dhaun Feud" (1337–1341) in the dispute between Archbishop Balduin of Trier and Wildgrave Johann of Dhaun, and was razed in 1411. The ruin of the round keep, now split, has been preserved.
