The remainder of Gröbzig Castle, also known as Gröbzig Palace, stands in the town of Gröbzig in the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld in Saxony-Anhalt and is today only preserved through the castle tower.

The origin of the place is probably a Slavic burgwall from the 8th/9th century. However, Gröbzig was first mentioned in a document in 1291. It is possible, however, that the Archdiocese of Magdeburg already had rights in Gröbzig before 1176. Since 1291, the castle was the seat of an Anhaltian Vogt.
