The Water Castle Niederpöllnitz+
The water castle Niederpöllnitz was probably built in the 12th century. An Albertus von Pullnitz can be traced back to the year 1130. His family served the Margraves of Meißen. In the course of the 15th century, the castle came into the possession of the Lords of Planitz. Subsequently, the owners changed. It is unknown how the castle fell into disrepair. Today, only the 20 m high keep can be admired.
