German coastal artillery battery (Wn. Sa 114 / Sa 114a) of the Atlantic Wall. Built from 1942/43 by the Organisation Todt. Approximately 10–11 bunkers, armed with 4 × 7.5 cm guns (French captured artillery). One of the best-preserved sites on the island and classified as “20th-century heritage”.
Visiting
Guided tours by the Atlantic Wall Memory (AWM) association:
July & August: Tuesdays and Thursdays (several slots starting from 3 pm)
Outside peak season and for groups: by reservation only
