The Château Beaugey is a historic manor located in the commune of Carignan-de-Bordeaux, in the Gironde department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in southwestern France, on a relatively elevated plateau about one kilometre from the neighbouring Château Canteloup.

In the 13th century the site was known as “Puch de Canteloup”. By 1489 it already bore the name Beaugey (probably after a previous owner) and was described as a bourdieu (a type of farmstead or rural estate) surrounded by ditches. The present residential building (logis) was constructed in the early 16th century for Thomas de Cuisinier, a member of the Bordeaux Parlement. A roofing contract dated 1525 confirms this period of construction.

At its height the estate encompassed the entire Calonne valley and the southern slope of Vignac, all planted with vines. As late as the end of the 19th century it still produced around 400 hectolitres of red wine annually. Over time the vineyard area diminished, and vinification continued only in the cellars of the château itself.

In the second half of the 19th century the external stair tower was removed and replaced by a monumental interior staircase, and the main façade was regularised. The château is a typical Renaissance manor with later modifications. It is not classified as a Monument historique, remains private property, and is not open to the public, though it can be seen from the road.
