Château Bossey, a castle in the municipality of Bogis-Bossey in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, today serves as an international conference center. Its location on Lake Geneva also offers a view of Mont Blanc.

History+

The construction of Château Bossey took place in 1722 under the patronage of the Genevan Turettini family. The estate experienced numerous changes of ownership until it came into the possession of the World Council of Churches in 1946. They established an ecumenical institute and a conference venue there. Since 2000, the castle and its associated buildings have undergone phased renovations.
