Hospital

The Castle of Chamblon on the eastern edge of the village was built in the second half of the 18th century by Baron Frédéric Casimir de Brackel. From 1931 to 1960, it served as a sanatorium for tuberculosis patients, after which it was converted into a geriatric hospital for the chronically ill. Through various extensions and the addition of new buildings in 1989, the castle acquired its present form.
