In Ansemburg, the castle of the same name stands, a structure that remains in private ownership to this day.

History+

The first documented mention of Ansembourg Castle dates back to 1135, when it was recorded as being owned by Hubert d'Ansembourg. In the early 14th century, Jofroit d'Ansembourg expanded the complex, adding a southwest and a north gate tower to the castle. Ownership later passed to Jakob II de Raville-Ansembourg. The main entrance of the castle bears the year 1565. In 1683, the castle suffered damage from French troops under the command of Marshal de Boufflers.
