In the Belgian province of Namur, in the municipality of Onhaye, stands the Château de Fontaine.
History+
The origins of the Château de Fontaine lie in a medieval castle, on whose foundations the current château was built in the 16th century. It served as the central seat of the lordship of Fontaine, which once encompassed the areas of Anthée, Morville, and Miavoye. Between 1907 and 1909, the château underwent renovation in the neoclassical style, which gave it its current appearance.
