History+
Heisdorf Castle was built in the late 19th century by Baron Lippmann. In 1916, the property was acquired by the Sisters of Christian Doctrine. They established a convalescent home for their community within the castle. In 1982, the building was converted into a nursing home and opened under the name Maison de retraite Marie-Consolatrice.
