The Château de la famille d'Eplingen is a historic castle in Hagenthal-le-Bas in Upper Alsace, France, with origins dating back to the 16th or 17th century.
History+
The construction of the castle is dated to the 16th or 17th century. In 1799, the estate became state property. This situation lasted until the 1840s, when the castle returned to private hands. The new owners at that time primarily made alterations to the exterior of the building. Since 2003, it has been owned by the municipality and was listed as a historical monument in 2010.

The Château de la famille d'Eplingen is situated in the commune of Hagenthal-le-Bas in the Haut-Rhin department, a region also known as Upper Alsace, within the French Grand Est. It is located at an elevation of approximately 362 meters above sea level.
