The Château de Bel-Air (also referred to as Bellair) is a 19th-century château located in the commune of Carquefou, in the Loire-Atlantique department of the Pays de la Loire region in western France, near Nantes.
It was built in 1864 by M. Pellerin de la Vergne. Upon his death the property passed to his eldest son Albert Pellerin de la Vergne and his wife Marguerite-Marie Querqui de la Pouzaire. Another son, François Pellerin de la Vergne, and his wife Solange de Frémond de la Merveillère also resided there.
In later years the château was converted into a restaurant. Today the domain remains private. Parts of the property (or associated buildings on Rue du Bel-Air / Rue du Château de Bel-Air) are used for residential purposes, including furnished apartment or suite rentals.
The château is a typical example of a mid-19th-century bourgeois country residence in the Nantes area and does not appear to hold Monument historique protection.
