Château de Pujols

The Château de Pujols, in the commune of Argelès-sur-Mer, in the French department of Pyrénées-Orientales, is a castle built in the 13th century.
History+
Built in the 12th century, the Château de Pujols was ceded by the Counts of Roussillon to the Sainte-Marie de Fontfroide Abbey, which turned it into a grange and remained its owner until the 15th century. The Château de Pujols has been listed as a historical monument since May 2, 1956.
