Château du Grand-Blottereau
In Nantes, the Château du Grand-Blottereau, built in the 18th century, once served as a residence for a director of the French East India Company.
The castle was completed in 1747, based on designs by architect Jean-Baptiste Ceineray. The client was Gabriel Michel, a director of the French East India Company. Between 1988 and 1993, the building underwent restoration and has been listed as a monument since 1992.
The Château du Grand-Blottereau is located in Nantes, a city in the Loire-Atlantique department in the Pays de la Loire region of France. It stands at an elevation of approximately 13 meters above sea level.
