Château du Grand Ringelstein
The Château du Grand Ringelstein, also known as Château Ringelsbourg, is a castle ruin in Alsace, France. It was built in the early 13th century.
History+
The construction of the Château du Grand Ringelstein began in the early 13th century by the Eguisheim family. Following the extinction of this noble family, the castle passed into the possession of the Bishop of Strasbourg. In 1470, the complex was destroyed.

The ruins of the Château du Grand Ringelstein are in the municipality of Oberhaslach in the Bas-Rhin department, which belongs to the Grand Est region of France. It is at an altitude of approximately 628 meters above sea level.
