Château Vufflens
Château Vufflens in Western Switzerland is distinguished by its brick architecture. It was built on the foundations of an older fortress and dominates the landscape of Vufflens-le-Château.
History+
Between 1420 and 1430, the noble Colombier family commissioned the construction of Château Vufflens. The castle's design was inspired by architectural styles from Piedmont. A restoration of the edifice took place in 1860.

The castle is situated in Vufflens-le-Château, a municipality in the Morges district in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, at an elevation of approximately 483 meters above sea level.

Today, Château Vufflens is privately owned and therefore not accessible to the public. The complex is well-preserved.
