Geschichte von Walding+

The noble seat of Walding was located in the municipality of the same name in the district of Urfahr-Umgebung in Upper Austria (today Raiffeisenplatz 9).

"Walting" is mentioned in 1317. In 1487, a "noble Michel der Haberstorffer zu Walding" is mentioned. In 1602, Walding is assigned as a liberated nobleman's seat to the Ottensheim dominion. The noble seat has been absorbed into the current Gasthaus Bergmayr Johann (Wirt z’Walding).
