Ave Manor
The estate was owned by Berend Moltzan in 1501. In 1702 there were two estates in Ave - one owned by the von Manteuffel family and the other by the von Holstein family. Ownership changed in 1751 to Bernhard Richter, in 1790 to the von Müller family, in 1829 to the Rose family, in 1865 to the Lemcke family and until its forced expropriation and expulsion by the communists in 1945 to Kurt Beiling. After 1945, the manor house was used for residential purposes. Today the estate is owned by the Diakoniewerk Serrahn.
