Berglase Manor

The manor house of Gneven, an impressive architectural monument, is nestled in the picturesque landscape of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Its history is as rich and varied as the region itself, marked by times of splendor, destruction, and renewal.

The manor house was built in the 19th century. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed by the communists. In 1988, the manor house was renovated after a fire. After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990, the descendants of the dispossessed owner family were able to buy back the manor house.

The Park
