The Borkow Manor House was built around 1700–1720. Ownership changed from 1784 to 1786 to the von Levetzow family, from 1822 to 1851 to Chief Regional Forester Christian Eggers, from 1931 to 1936 to Helmut von Tiedemann, and from 1936 until his expropriation and expulsion by the communists in 1945 to Jordan Freiherr von Campe. In 1997, the manor house was renovated and modernized by the Röhrdanz family.
