Carlsdorf Manor House was built in the Neo-Baroque style around 1895. The builder was Baron von Möller-Lilienstern, whose ancestors acquired the neighboring Rothspalk together with Carlsdorf in 1811 from the bankruptcy estate of the von Thomstorff family, who had been resident here since 1792.
