Cramon Manor

The Cramon estate was owned by the Knights of Cramon until the 16th century. After this, frequent changes of ownership took place. These were the von Oertzen family, the von Pentz family, the von der Lühe family, the von Hund family, and the von Drieberg family. In 1781, the von Bassewitz family bought the estate, and a little later the Böhls family. Johann Friedrich Böhl was ennobled by Emperor Franz of Austria in 1818. In 1862, Böhl was admitted to the Mecklenburg knighthood. The von Böhls owned the estate until 1930. After this, ownership changed to the von Blücher family.

The manor house was built in 1844 on the walls of a previous building. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. After this, the house served as an orphanage.
