The Building

The manor was owned by Otto von Rogentin in the 14th century. In 1794, the manor house was built by Caspar Ch. von Langermann. Further owners included the noble families von Freiberg, von der Lühe, von Bassewitz, and von Hahn. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. Subsequently, refugees were accommodated in the manor house. Today, the manor house is owned by Dr. Karl-Heinz Schmidt, who renovated the manor house in 2010-11.
