Gutshaus Ehmkendorf, a manor and estate house, is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It represents the manor house culture of the region and today serves as a hotel.
History+
Gutshaus Ehmkendorf was first built around 1790. The building underwent a renovation in 1864. In the 19th century, the estate was owned by the von Schack family. In 1913, Hans Otto Ullner acquired the estate, before it passed to Eduard Jesse in 1924. After World War II, in 1945, the then owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. A renovation of the manor house took place in 2005.
