Achim and Curd von Heyden received the estate as a fief from Duke Philipp of Pomerania in 1536. In the early 19th century, ownership passed to the von Heiden-Linden family. In 1846, ownership changed to Woldemar von Heyden, who had the manor house built in 1850.
