Großrückerswalde Manor

The manor, which already existed in the 15th century, was bought by Andreas von Berbisdorf in 1541. It remained in the possession of the von Berbisdorf family. In 1744, Friedrich Ludwig Graf zu Solms-Wildenfels und Tecklenburg bought the manor. In the 18th century, the manor house was built in its current form. In 1810, the manor burned down and was subsequently rebuilt. The last owner was the von Oehlschlägel family. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed by the communists. From 1971 until the fall of the Berlin Wall, the manor house was used as a grain storage facility. In 2006-07, the manor house underwent extensive renovation.
