Klein Trebbow Manor

The Klein Trebbow Manor House was built between 1865-68 with two lateral, 3-story turrets in the Neo-Renaissance style according to plans by Hermann Willebrand for the von Barner family. In 1939, the artist Tisa von der Schulenburg married C.U. von Barner.
During secret meetings between Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg and Fritz-Dietlof von der Schulenburg in 1944 at the manor, the assassination attempt on Hitler was prepared here.
In 1945, the von Barner family was dispossessed and expelled by the communists. From 1990, the manor house stood empty for many years and was sold in 1996.
