Lehnenhof Manor

The Lehnenhof Manor House was built in 1910 on the foundations of a previous building by the architect Paul Korff. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the Communists. Until 1992, the manor house was used as a retirement home.

The Lehnenhof Manor House is an impressive example of early 20th-century architecture. Paul Korff, a renowned architect of his time, designed the building in a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary elements. The manor house served as a residence for the aristocratic family until the end of World War II.

Post-War Period and Current Use

After the expropriation in 1945, the manor house underwent a significant change in use. It was converted into an old people's home and served this purpose for almost five decades. After 1992, the building stood empty for a long time before it was acquired by private investors and extensively renovated. Today, the Lehnenhof Manor House shines in new splendor and is used for cultural events and as a hotel.
