Löhrstorf Manor

The estate of Löhrstorf was first mentioned in the 14th century. In 1384, it was owned by the Cistercian monastery of Reinfeld, but soon after passed into the possession of the von Rantzau family, where it remained for over three centuries. Subsequently, various owners followed, such as the von Bülow, von Hardenberg, and von Reventlow families. Under Baron Cuno Josua von Bülow, an extension with stucco work, attributed to Giuseppe Moggia, was added in 1722. Since 1904, the estate has been owned by the Paarmann family, who had the manor house rebuilt in 1920 by architect Wilhelm Bräck. The interior painting was done by Albert Aereboe and the garden design by Harry Maasz.
