Neparmitz Manor

The origins of the Neparmitz estate date back to the 17th century. In 1856, Ehrenfried Gustav Holz acquired the property and developed it into an agricultural enterprise. By 1885, the complex, including the manor house, several stables, a coach house, and workers' residences, was completed. Around 1900, ownership transferred to the Wahnschaffe family, who managed the estate until its expropriation in 1945. Following the land reform, the estate was converted into an agricultural production cooperative (LPG).
