Rathstock Manor

The history of the Rathstock estate is closely linked to the von Burgsdorff family, who were documented as lords of the manor in Rathstock from 1450 to 1808 and owned both knightly estates in the village in 1608. In 1878, Adolph Schmelzer, a Royal Bailiff from the neighboring village of Sachsendorf, acquired the Rathstock knight's estate and held it until the land reform in the Soviet Occupation Zone. Later, in 1908, Georg Hartmann bought a part of the noble estate from the Sametzki family and lived there until the end of 1939.

Rathstock Manor House is situated in the Rathstock district of the municipality of Letschin in the Märkisch-Oderland district, Brandenburg, Germany. It is located at an elevation of approximately 13 meters above sea level.
