Stift Manor
The Stift estate was part of the Seekamp estate until 1789 and was subsequently settled. In 1915, Richard Georg Danielsen bought the property. From 1919-20, the current manor house was built. After R. G. Danielsen's bankruptcy in 1923, he sold the entire estate to 5 new owners. In the 1930s, the house served as the SA-Schule Nordmark. The house was damaged in World War II. From 1958, the house served as the residence for various NATO commanders stationed in Kiel. It has been a listed building since 1994. In 1997, the property was sold to the company "Designgruppe TRANSPARENT GmbH", a subsidiary of "fluxx.com" since 1998.
