The 20th century brought significant changes for the manor house and its owners. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. The manor house was subsequently used for various purposes, including as a refugee accommodation and a school.

Restoration and current use

After German reunification, the manor house was extensively renovated and restored. Today, it houses a hotel and a restaurant and is a popular venue for events and celebrations. The manor house of Gribow is a living testimony to history and an important cultural monument in the region.
