The Gutshaus Vielist, a historic manor and estate house, is situated in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. It is habitable once again today.

History+

The Vielist estate was owned by the Wangelin family. In 1674, part of the property transferred to the Erlenkamp family, before Baron Hans Erlenkamp acquired the entire estate in 1682. In 1756, ownership changed again to the von Meyenn family. This family, in 1789, had the current manor house built as a timber-framed structure on existing foundations and cellars. In 1896, Eduard Waldemar Weber took over the estate. After World War II, in 1945, the estate was expropriated by the communists.
