The Manor House+
History+

A manor was first mentioned in 1355 as being owned by Eckhard Negendanck. The Negendanck family managed the estate until 1767. After this, there were frequent changes of ownership. In 1785, Christian Andreas Biel bought the property and was ennobled in 1790. The current manor house was built in 1824 by Gottlieb von Biel in the Neoclassical style on the foundations of the previous building. In 1945, Heinrich Freiherr von Biel was dispossessed by the communists. After this, the manor house served as accommodation for refugees, as a community center, and from 1961 as a school for agricultural engineers.
