The manor house was built in the years 1841-42. In 1865, a porch was added. The builder was Count Gustav von Plessen, Baron von Malzahn, who bought Wolde and Zwiedorf. The most famous owner was Count Georg von Schwerin, who also managed the estates in Wolde and Zettemin.
