The remains of the Manor can be visited

The manor house ruin of Kruckow, once a residence, now shows remnants of the architecture of the late 19th century.

History+

The first documented mention of Kruckow dates back to 1249. In 1498, Peter Podewils was enfeoffed with Kruckow by Bogislaw X. In 1712, Franz von Glasenapp acquired the estate, which later passed to his son Carl Friedrich von Glasenapp. After Carl Friedrich's death without heirs, the estates of Bentzin, Barkow, and Kruckow came into the possession of Major General Karl Franz von Sobeck, who had married Felix von Glasenapp's daughter. In 1796, Kruckow and Barkow went to their son, Chamberlain Peter Franz Hans Ernst Freiherr von Sobeck.
