• 1230 the village of Dröschkau is donated to Marienstern Monastery with the consent of the Bishop of Meissen
• until 1541 Dröschkau is a monastic outwork
• 1573 Christoph von Haugwitz is enfeoffed with the former monastic outwork
• 1573 — 1668 the manor is owned by the von Holtzendorf family (who also owned Adelwitz and Ammelsgoßwitz)
• 1668 purchased by George Rudolph von Heynitz
• the manor is owned by the von Heynitz family until 1945
• the current manor house was built in the 2nd half of the 16th century
• 1945 expropriation and use as a residential house and village shop
• Nov. 2003 private ownership and renovation as a cyclist's guesthouse and inn
