History+

The building was constructed around 1750 in the Baroque style as a single-story brick building with a mansard hip roof. Originally plastered, the ongoing decay now reveals the original brickwork in the lower facade area. Around 1850, a reconstruction took place, attributed to the bourgeois manor owner and manufacturer Karl August Warmbrunn. Around 1880, the Drose family owned the estate, which then comprised about 693 hectares, 540 hectares of which were forest. Between 1891 and 1900, the manor house changed owners eight times. The size of the estate shrank considerably, so that by 1914, owned by Gustav Rogenz, it comprised only 36 hectares. In the early 20th century, two extensions were added to the house. Before the land reform, the Hahnefeld family was the last owner.
