Hellekis Manor
Hellekis Manor, an example of late Gustavian architecture, is situated on the shore of Lake Vänern in Sweden. It is one of the manors of this style in the province of Västergötland.
History+
The first mention of the Hellekis estate dates back to the 14th century. Following a fire in 1698, a stone manor house was built on this site. The building acquired its current appearance in 1791 through reconstruction and expansion, carried out according to the designs of architect Olof Tempelman.
