A historic manor house in Meinerzhagen, Herrenhaus Listringhausen is a building in the rural surroundings of the Märkischer Kreis.

History+

The first documented mention of the Listringhausen estate dates back to 1621. At that time, Friedrich von Neuhoff's possessions in Listringhausen were recognized as a knight's estate by the Elector of Brandenburg. In 1653, Listringhausen and Badinghagen were separated by inheritance division, with Caspar Christoph von Neuhoff receiving Listringhausen. The property remained in his family for three generations before passing to Baron Franz Adolf Joseph von Nagel zu Badinghagen. After the male line of this family died out, the heiress married Franz Karl Reichsfreiherr Raitz von Frentz zu Schlenderhan in 1789.
