The Packisch Manor House+
History of the Manor House+
The Packisch estate, mentioned in 1378, was a manor house. It developed into a manorial district. In 1529, a Vorwerk (outlying farm) was reported, then in 1791 it was a Vorwerk and sheep farm, and from 1880 a royal domain. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. After this, the estate served as a vocational school.
