The manor house Packisch, once a noble residence, is located in the municipality of Arzberg. This estate house in Northern Saxony was mentioned in the 14th century and used as a vocational school after World War II.

History+

The first documented mention of the Packisch estate dates back to 1378, where it was already listed as a noble seat. The property developed into an independent estate district. In 1529, it was mentioned as a Vorwerk (outlying farm), a designation that was supplemented by a sheep farm in 1791. From 1880, Packisch became a royal domain.
