Haus Raedt is located in the district of Drölzholz. It was formerly considered a Liedberg knight's fief. In 1204, the enfeoffed was Johann von Rode. In 1538, Heinrich Wolf von Itter, known as von Metternich, took over the property. In 1920, his descendants sold the house to a timber merchant.
